Website not in overview

I successfully add a website to MainWP, but then I do not see it in the overview. What are possible causes?

You might have set a filter on the top of the page, only showing some of the sites.

Welcome to the MainWP community.

As @josklever pointed out, it’s possible you have some kind of a filter set in the Manage Sites table.

Can you open the Quick Site Shortcuts at the top right, and see if your site is visible there?

No, the invisible sites are not visible here either. If I want to add the invisible website again, I get the message that the site has already been added. But these sites remain untraceable in the overview. Are there other possible causes?

Can you please try another browser and/or Incognito/Private browser window without any extensions running?

And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
