In my Pro Report send today to my clients [wordfence.scan.count] is showing 0 scans.
When I scroll down the Pro report I see that all performed Wordfence scans last month are listed with their scan date and status in the report.
So scan dates are showed, but amount of scans ([wordfence.scan.count]) is not (it’s zero).
It worked fine until last month and I did not change anything in the code of my custom Pro Report.

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:

We’ve managed to reproduce the issue with the [wordfence.scan.count] token, and it will be resolved in the next release of the extension.
We have addressed the issue, and the fix will be included in the next release of the MainWP Child plugin.

When is the next release of the MainWP Child be planned?
We don’t have an exact ETA at this moment.
However, the plugin in my previous post has the same version number as the current official release, so when we release a new stable version of the plugin, it will get automatically updated as usual.

thank you for hotfix, but only wordfence.scan.count is ok. But scan.result and .details are No issues detected and “Congratulations…all ok” all time. But issues founds.
Can you help me with this? This new installation and I setting new report template.

We can’t reproduce the issue with [wordfence.scan.result] and [wordfence.scan.details] tokens.
Please verify that you are using the latest versions of Wordfence extension 4.0.9, Pro Reports extension 4.0.13, MainWP Dashboard 4.4.0.1, and that you have the MainWP Child plugin that I’ve shared previously in this thread on all your child sites.
And make sure that you have the Report Date Range set correctly.

We’ve just tested a scan that has abandoned plugins as one of the issues found, and it appears as expected in the report.
The difference between ours and yours Wordfence scan report is that your scan is reporting the abandoned plugin issue only as a Warning, instead of a Medium priority issue which it does for us.
If Wordfence scan founds an issue instead of a Warning and the extension doesn’t include it, please let us know by opening a new thread here on Managers site or by opening a private help desk ticket.
And if you would like clarification on why the Wordfence scan reported the abandoned plugin only as a Warning in your case, please reach out to Wordfence support.
