Working with NinjaFirewall, Open Dashboard not working right

does anyone here work with NinjaFirewall (not Security Ninja :wink: ) and could enlighten me as to why only ever 100th or so login attempt (Open site Dashboard button from MainWP) works? I see nothing whatsoever in the logs and it’s doing my nut in. On some site it doesn’t work at all, on others it works every other attempt. Doesn’t seem to be coherent behaviour.

Who ever comes across this issue, it is related to the following header (found on the advanced tab in firewall policies):

Force SameSite flag on all cookies to mitigate CSRF attacks

Was: SameSite=Strict
Works with: SameSite=Lax
