WP database update - any way to do this through MainWP?

Hello,
One of the recent WP update requires clicking a button on each site to complete the update. Sadly, WP even displays this notice to non-administrator users.

Is there a way this can be done via MainWP? I see there’s an extension, but it appears to only support Elementor and Woocommerce.

That’s correct, the Database Updater extension support only Elementor and WooCommerce for now.

Can you please share a screenshot of this prompt you get? Is it related to the WP Core update or some plugin?

Yes, it is when updating from WP 6.2.2.

Requires 2 clicks regardless if the update is done through WP dashboard, or MainWP

Unfortunately, MainWP doesn’t currently handle those database updates.
