Question about the WP staging license, we have the add on, but installing on individual sites does not have all the full functionality. I have seen some older posts about the same issue, but would like some more recent clarity.
Do we need the individual license for each of our clients? Or is that handled by the license we have with the add on?
MainWP Pro includes the license for MainWP Add-ons. However, it doesn’t include any 3rd party premium plugin license.
This means that for some add-ons that rely on a 3rd party plugin which is the case here with Staging, you would still need to purchase the plugin license from its author if you want to use the Premium version of that plugin.
Keep in mind though, that in this particular case, our Staging add-on does not support the premium features of the WP Staging plugin.
So you will be able to use our add-on to control the features that come with the free version of WP Staging, but if you need to use any features that come with the premium version, you would have to use them directly in the WP Staging plugin on the child site itself.
