Hi there! I can’t change the Trusted/Untrusted status of plugins. I disabled all other plugins running on my MainWP parent site and this didn’t affect the behavior. MainWP is up-to-date. Any thoughts?
Hi Dave,
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Status → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.

Hi Dave,
I see you are running PHP 8 on your dashboard site server.
Since MainWP is still not PHP 8 ready, can you try to roll back to PHP 7.4 and see if that resolves the problem?
Good catch. I rolled it back and tried to bulk edit them to trusted again, but it doesn’t seem to have worked. I will wait a bit and try again.
Hi, same issue. I opened a ticket and as @bogdan suggested I try with the version in the link.
As already mentioned to Bogdan in the ticket the problem is not solved.
I’m writing here so that I can share a possible solution and further debugging information
Update: as Sanja suggested me via support ticket, after installing the new versione (linked on dropbox) and CLEARING ALL CACHE of the browser, the issue has been solved.
By not clearing the cache, the old version of the JS script that has the bug is used
I had the same problem and installing the linked version all is ok now. When you release a new version I can update normally or I loose this fix?
Hi Fracesco,
The fix will be included in the next official release so you can update your MainWP Dashboard normally when you see an available update.
