Howdy friends,
I’m trying to customize the output of the Client Report add-on. When I try to create a new token, I get this error:
Saving the token failed. Please, try again.
What are the restrictions on creating custom tokens? I’ve tried this a handful of times in the past and it’s never worked for me. I’ve checked my server logs and there’s nothing there, either.
Any guidance here would be appreciated! Thank you

Hi @brettkelly, looks like you are not using the latest Client Reports extension version. The reported proble is fixed in the version 4.0.2. Please update the extension and see how it goes.
WP didn’t detect the update, but I downloaded it manually and installed it. Problem fixed. Thanks!
