We have started having an issue where the image for Google Analytics is not being displayed in our Pro Reports. If I “preview” a report, the preview shows the image without any issue. However, when I send the actual report to the client, they receive a pdf that displays a big “x” with the error message “image not found or type unknown”. Is there a way I can resolve this before our next round of reports go out?
@sieverscreative Which starter report template are you using and or starting from if you have customized it any?
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Also, please include the system report for the Child Site in question by navigating to MainWP Child > System Information and clicking the Blue button.

Going over the first report ( dashboard ) the PHP setting for PHP Allow URL fopen isn’t displaying anything. Could you verify this on the Server Information page?
I also noticed that on the Child Sites they state that it’s OFF.
MainWP Pro reports uses this to load specific data that deals with the carts.
You could try to add this code to your .htaccess file in order to try to turn it on yourself:
php_value allow_url_fopen On
If it does not work or you are not comfortable with making those types of changes, you will need ask your hosting provider to turn it on for you.
hi @sieverscreative if you are unsure how to enable the PHP Allow fopen setting on your MainWP Dashboard server, you can always ask you host support to do it for you.
Success! Our server support staff enabled allow_url_fopen and I have downloaded and sent reports this morning without issue. The Google Analytics graph is now being displayed in the pdf. Thank you!
