iThemes Security - Exclude website from settings

In the section iThemesSecurity from MainWP I can change the settings of all websites. But is there any way to exclude a website so that I can configure a website differently?

Ok now I have it, you have only go in the website settings in MainWP and then activate the option “Override General Settings”
