Unable to import sites

Hi

When I try to import my sites, that I just have disconnected, I get this error (example)

[11] “wybrandt.dk”,“https://wybrandt.dk/“,“xyzxyzxx”,”“,“Lxxxxxx”,”“,”",“0”,"0”[11]>> ERROR: You already added your site to MainWP

But, all the sites have been disconnected and the Dashboard is blank.

Any suggestions?

Can you check your MainWP Dashboard site database via phpMyAdmin and see if there are any entries in the wp_mainwp_wp table?

This may be due to having set your branding options to stay activated on the Child Sites.

Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?
