I just upgraded to UpdraftPlus Premium and trying to set an encryption password, but there is no text box next to the “Database encryption phrase” label to enter it! What am I missing?

I just tested the MainWP UpdraftPlus Extension on my test server and the text field is there - Did you toggle to use UDP Premium at the top of the form?

Hi Aaron, please make sure you are using the latest UpdraftPlue extension version.
All plugins are updated and at the latest versions on both MainWP and the managed site. I have use Premium version selected.
I tested in Chrome and IE with the same results. When I use the developer tools in Chrome there are messages about duplicate IDs relating to UpdraftPlus.

Latest MainWP UpdraftPlus Extension version is 4.0.2. Looks like you are running an out of date version.
Not sure why the update doesn’t appear for you, but can you please try this:
- Go to the WP > Plugins > Installed Plugins page on your MainWP Dashboard
- Deactivate the UpdraftPlus extension
- Reactivate it
- After you are redirected to the MainWP > Extensions page, click the Activate Extensions button to apply your API License key
- Go back to the WP > Plugins > Installed Plugins page
- Click the Check for Updates now link for the UpdraftPlus extension and see if that shows the update for you.

Thanks for the feedback. I am glad to hear that the problem is solved.
If you check the My Downloads section on mainwp.com, you will be able to see the list of all your extensions and the latest version numbers.
