For some reason the Advanced Uptime Monitoring extension only sees 27 of my sites. I can’t chose all the sites I would like to add as a result. Help!

The system report looks fine. I can’t see anything that could be related.
However, I see that you have some non-MainWP plugins on your MainWP Dashboard site, can you try to temporary disable these so we can rule out potential conflicts?
For me at least, part of the problem is that the interface for AUM is unlike the other plugins. I don’t see a list of ALL of the sites, just those with a monitor turned on. My only approach is to create monitors for all sites, and that won’t add all 50 sites - I just get a red ! mark when it tries to add them. I assume it’s trying to add them, but there’s no real error message. I only need a dozen or so sites to be monitored, but the only way to do that would be to manually add each one - instead of something better integrated.
Hi Kermit, thank you for your update. For the reported bugs, I tried to duplicate but I couldn’t, it works on my side. It would be good if you could open a helpdesk ticket where we could check this further.
